The Maid did a good job.

Rude desk clerk, narrow hallways, ice in basement, no bathrobes for the pool, over-stressed doorman, no attempt to inform in re public trans.

Disappointed - the ambiance says: this is bare bones, put up with it! The staff is dispirited and short-tempered, no attempt to let a guest know that he is welcome - the exception was the maid, she at least had a tentative smile for us - so I will not consider this hotel for my next trip, scheduled for November. ...read more
